Sports Day 2010 |
| This year we had our sports day in the evening. It was on Friday night June 18th with the Family Fete evening. Fr. Newell blessed our new playground too. Each class took part in a sack race and a running race. There was also parent and child races, sack races and running races for our parents. They were very funny. There were lots of different challenges for us after the races. These included a golf challange, a penalty kick, a water wellies challenge, basketball shooting, fishing for ducks and a pig pillow fight! We even had a challenge involving hanging out the washing! There was a bouncing castle, a big slide and a barbeque there as well. Our football and athletics training ensured we were fit and ready for these challenges! It was a great evening. |
